Need someone to start right away - Doral area.

This position monitors daily operations, manages schedule changes, and responds quickly to crew availability issues, delays, cancellations, and other operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and adjust flight crew schedules based on operational requirements.
• Arrange replacement crew members when scheduling conflicts or unexpected absences occur.
• Communicate schedule changes and operational updates to flight crews in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate crew scheduling records and operational documentation.
• Prepare reports related to crew utilization, overtime, schedule changes, staffing, and operational performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and operational information.
• Provide timely and accurate information to management and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in airline operations, crew scheduling, dispatch, airport operations, transportation, or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of airline crew scheduling principles and operational procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
