The analyst collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Radiant and integrated clinical applications.Formulate and define system scope and objectives for complex clinical workflows through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of clinical and business systems.Analyze, modify, and maintain existing EHR applications to improve functionality, usability, and performance.Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Radiant workflows, system configurations, and optimization initiatives.Investigate, identify, and implement technical solutions that support new clinical initiatives, regulatory requirements, and operational improvements.Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and operational leaders to translate clinical needs into system design and configuration.Lead and participate in interdisciplinary workgroups and governance committees to drive best practices and standardization.Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS).Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance for upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials for end users.Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for application issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members in best practices and system knowledge.1.
