Hello! My name is Paul, and I'm a landlord of a non-profit organization in Maplewood NJ that needs someone to come into our building at 9 pm each night and check four rooms downstairs and two rooms upstairs and also two public bathrooms. Your job would be to vacuum where necessary (probably every other day or every third day) and to make sure that two small bathrooms are stocked with paper and if necessary to lightly clean them (a cleaning service will be coming in during the week to do the deep cleaning throughout). Cleaning supplies and plastic gloves will be supplied. You will take out the trash and garbage and replace the bags twice a week. Once a week you will take the recycling to the street. There is a piano that has a "humidifier" that needs to be filled. Once a month you will check the smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. When finished -- you should be done by 10 pm -- you need to check to see that all doors are locked and then lock the front door when you leave. We also need you to unlock the building at 8 am the next day. You will not have to go inside. We need you to take a picture and text it or email to me for each trip to the building. This job is permanent. You will be paid by the week. We are able to pay $200 per week for these services as a private contractor.
