Job Description
Randstad is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Order Puller to join a fast-paced distribution team on 2nd shift at a Milwaukee warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, and staging products accurately to ensure outbound shipments depart on time. salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 11 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using handheld RF scanners, pick sheets, or voice-directed picking systems.
- Stage, sort, wrap, and label completed pallets and cartons for outbound freight.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as manual/electric pallet jacks and hand carts safely.
- Perform quality checks on items to ensure correct SKU, quantities, and undamaged packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area by disposing of shrink wrap, banding, and damaged corrugate.
- Follow all facility safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 7 hours at one time
