What You'll Do

• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes while protecting existing infrastructure
• Install, maintain, and repair residential water supply systems
• Diagnose and repair leaks and other water-line issues
• Clear clogged drains and repair or replace damaged drainage lines
• Repair and replace faucets, fixtures, valves, and plumbing components
• Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, ejector pumps, backup systems, and hose bibbs
• Install and repair waste-disposal and sanitary systems, including DWV systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about identified issues and completed repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete every service call with quality workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Solid understanding of residential water distribution and disposal systems
• Ability to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs efficiently
• Experience using plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and drain-cleaning tools
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift equipment and work in confined or awkward spaces
