Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain records management policies and procedures Collaborate with IT teams to incorporate records lifecycle requirements into system architecture Maintain service-level agreements and deliver training programs to business units Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant records management experience or professional certification (CRM, CRA, CIP, or IGP) Strong knowledge of full records management lifecycles and regulatory compliance standards Proven leadership and strategic capabilities managing multi-site projects Bachelor's degree required; experience in pharmaceutical lab environments preferred
